My name is Charles and I work with sun auto transport. I just wanted to say that Mr. Balk sent me an email asking for ETA. I quickly emailed him back saying I have spoken to the driver, he told me he would be there at 9am or 10am. I also sent him the drivers name and phone number. He then says "tell the driver (after he is already on his way) he cant arrive before 2pm. So the driver he gets there early and has to wait several hours for the car. He waited until 1pm and couldn't wait any longer. He has other pickups and deliveries to do.Mr balk ordered parts and they never got there on time and is getting angry at our company. Don't you think its a bit childish for doctor? Mr. balk said he would try to get it done sooner but couldn't , he said the part would be there in the morning and it wasn't. I told him he could call the driver and he was racist towards him, saying he couldn't speak English after I spoke to him in English and all our drivers have all there paper work on point. Mr balk is a cardiologist I would never trust him with my Heart. He told me the car should be ready I said Great ! and it is not my fault he has bad planning and wasn't flexible with us. You are the one that needs to get picked up. I feel like I did my job to the best of my ability, to pick him up in a timely manner and he was very rude. Oh and then he says " the truck left without my car what do I do?" I tell him we have to reschedule him with another truck and he wants it for free. WE WERE THERE AND YOU WERE NOT READY ! NOT MY FAULT ! $ 75 rescheduling fee gas, carrier spaces, TIME...
