My vehicle was due to be picked up March 30, 2012. No one showed or called. I pushed the
date back as agreed with carrier. The next date they gave me was April 2, 2012 and then
again on April 5, 2012. We have called repeatedly and more often got voicemail.

Do not deal with this company. I am out $125.00 for the deposit. They low ball your quote
and then can't find a carrier to pick up your vehicle.

Don't be fooled by the money back guarantee. They won't refund the money. I have contacted the Department of Transportation and spoke to a gentleman today in Washington DC. My complaint is now on file.
