I had used this company in early Jan of 2012 and had Alex Scott deliver a vehicle to Colorado. Although they were a few days late, they got it to the destination. Since that experiece we thought we would use this company again. Worst business decision ever. Not only did we want 1 vehicle shipped, but we added a second vehicle to the order. We were quoted $800 for each to move to Florida. I have been on the phone for over 4 hours today alone to figure out why we are going on the 3rd day to have these vehicles picked up from where the kids go to college and we "got laughed" at on the phone by Isabel, their 3rd grade phone secretary, who claims the truck was on the way. After 8 unsucessful attempts to reach Phillip, I tried several different numbers all which were answered by the same group of people, only to finally get Phillip. He was very apologetic but never could give me an anser as to why the trucks did not show up. He finally informed me that the truck would be there tomorrow by noon. I then reserached with 3 other companies to find out if they could move the vehicles. All 3 said they could and all 3 confirmed we were not on the computer list for any confirmed pick ups for Sun Auto Transport. This organization should have their license revoked from "ever" doing business. I highly recommend that everyone stay as far away from the group of 3rd grade business people. Whats really a shame is that the State of Florida has allowed them to continue to due business under such a pathetic process. Revenge is best served cold and some day I hope to buy Phillip a cup of coffee....
