I scheduled a pickup with Sun Auto Transport for shipment from NC to CA. They failed to pick up the first time on schedule and I called them 8 times in an effort to reschedule. They were rude every single time, using profane language and lying very blatantly about costs, fees, and their schedule and availability. They also did not return any of the voicemails I left earlier, later accusing me of not contacting them. When I told them that I left them a voicemail, they told me it was MY responsibility to call back and check in again. What kind of customer service is that?!

Afterwards, they "called" me to reschedule, when really they did not call at all. Finally, they told me that they could reschedule, and pickup was only guaranteed if they charged me an additional fee.

Long story short, this company is VERY unprofessional, terrible customer service, and they lie very openly about costs AND schedule.
