The original price that was quoted to me was $700.00. We agreed to $650.00 as what I would pay. I paid a $100.00 deposit and the balance $550 was COD to the driver. However, I subsequently received a call whereby I was told that a driver could not be found for $550 COD and that the lowest that would be accepted was $650 COD. After some discussion, I agreed to the price may be because I felt I had no choice since I had already paid the deposit. I was , however, offered my deposit back but by then the clock was ticking and did not feel like starting over. I was later notified that a driver was found for $625 COD.
My primary contact person was very professional throughout the whole process. I appreciated that. I ended up paying $650 COD because the truck company that they use was very personable and professional, so I added the additional $25.
