Good customer service, friendly, open to discussion, always transparent, no bait and switch, great communication. The vehicle was delivered to intended destination on the time and date expected. The service from the broker was above par. I had a bad experience Premier Auto Shippers (BBB rating of F), so I decided to go with Albert this time. I am really satisfied with the customer service. I would definitely use Albert again on any of my future moves.
