This customer was charged a deposit because she had us schedule carriers 2 different times then refused them at the last minute each time after the carriers had held spots for her vehicle on their carrier. We have a signed contract from her giving us the first available date that her vehicle could be picked up. Suncoast contacted her more than 24 hrs in advance for the first carrier and when that was not good enough for her we cancelled the carrier and resumed looking for another carrier at a later date AS PER THE CUSTOMERS REQUEST. We promptly found her another carrier for the new desired date and notified her 2 days in advance. She once again decided to cancel this carrier at the last minute, causing the carrier to leave with an empty spot on his truck, thus costing him money. Suncoast is an honest company and in no way do we cheat our customers or lie to take their money. We try our very best to accomodate each and every customer. It clearly states in our contract that our customers can cancel with no penalty before a carrier is scheduled. This customer did not cancel, instead she had us arrange 2 different carriers on 2 different dates, then denied them at the very last minute. As hard as we try to make every single customer happy, we cannot work for free when we do the job we were hired to do (not once, but twice). In this case, the deposit amount was charged in order to cover the cost of the 2 carriers that had secured a spot for this customers vehicle.
