This is ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. We sent TWO different carriers to pick this vehicle up and BOTH times the dealership we were picking the vehicle up from WOULD NOT RELEASE THE VEHICLE. Normally the customer would be responsible for 2 dry run fees since not one 1 but 2 different carriers on seperate occasions saved a spot on their truck for this vehicle and went to the pick up location to get the vehicle, both getting denied access to the vehicle because THE CUSTOMER DID NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION WITH THE DEALERSHIP. Out of professional courtesy, we were able to wave one dry run fee, however, the second time were not able to do so. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the vehicle is available for pick up on the dates given to us. Also, Suncoast promptly answers or returns all calls and we have noted on our logs that we have spoken to this customer on 12 different occasions within a time span of 1 wk to try and successfully get his vehicle picked up.
