As this was the first time our family used an auto transport service, we were very concerned about safety, cost, and reliability. SunCoast was referred to us by friends who had recently relocated from Michigan to California and used SunCoast's services. SunCoast turned out to be quite a blessing. It took a few days after the first available pickup date for our automobile to be picked up, but we were in communication with Sherrie in the Customer Service Department the entire time. She explained the process by which autos are selected for pickup and we also received email confirmation. The door-to-door service is a plus. The driver was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend SunCoast and look forward to using this service in the future!!! 😊👍😊
