I wanted to thank you and your team at Suncoast. It was a daunting experience for the novice (like my husband and I) car transporters because we just didn't understand the whole process and the uncertainty with the pricing.
But you stuck with me from beginning to end and we sincerely appreciate that. The delivery exceeded our expectations. Lee (the Korean driver) was exactly where he said he would be in Philadelphia and he was so friendly and gracious while we took pictures. He even described in more detail the delivery process on the LA side. Then the car arrived earlier than expected and the delivery guys worked closely with my daughter in LA so she could receive the car on her day off from work. All totaled, the experience was flawless...aside from my initial discomfort. Your other staff members were also very responsive and helpful when I called after hours. Your written contract was clear and simple. Unlike the other guys who had 4 pages of criteria and gobblelygook. You stayed with me throughout and like you said, you were honest and up front from the start and that really worked. We were so glad we stuck with you and Suncoast. Feel free to incorporate this response into your website. You all did a great job.
(My only suggestion for when you are dealing with novices, is maybe to have us think about access to busier pick up areas rather than just think about door to door. The whole thing sped up dramatically when I offered to get the car to Philadelphia and that really worked for all.)
