We had a carrier assigned to pick up this vehicle and once they got to copart to load the vehicle, they were unable to. Because of the size of their truck,they would have had to load it with a forklift from the side which is not permitted due to safety. We were in contact with the customer to inform her. We then rescheduled another carrier that was able to load it properly and get the vehicle transported. This did not take 91 days. The customer could have canceled at no charge at any point and chose not to since we were able to schedule a second carrier to pick up with no problems.
