I requested quotes from several companies a couple months ago but didn't ship my car at that time. After reading a number of reviews on the companies I had old quotes from, I decided to go with Suncoast Auto Transport.
I requested a fresh quote by email and got a response from Becky almost immediately. I filled out the online agreement and heard back the same day. Becky explained the process to me and walked me through everything I would need to do. My car was in a storage facility in California and I wasn't sure what hours would be open for pick up. Becky contacted the facility to find out for me. That was very nice!
The following day I had a Truck on the way to pick up my car. The driver and my shipper had no trouble finding a day to meet, a day earlier than expected.
My car got to me a day early, but the driver was in contact with me to make sure that was ok and for me it was great!
After delivery, Suncoast called to make sure the car had arrived and that I was happy with the outcome.
I'm very pleased.
