I recently had my car transported from California to Florida. I have had a few bad experiences in this industry with other companies in the past. However, my experience with Suncoast was excellent!!! The first person I spoke to was a gentleman named Brook. He was very informed on the business, and was extremely courteous in handling my quote, as well as explaining the pick-up and delivery process. The driver Suncoast provided was very nice as well, and made me feel comfortable that my car (BMW 325i) was in good hands during the move. I did have to rearrange my pick-up date after it was booked, but the customer service representative Becky was very helpful in making it possible. Compared to the bad experiences I have had with other companies, this experience with Suncoast Auto Transports exceeded all of my expectations. If I ever need to transport my vehicle again, Suncoast will be the first company I contact.
