My vehicle was dropped off in Seattle. It took no more than 15 minutes from arrival at the port to the vehicle inspection and I was on my way.
My vehicle arrived in Hawaii and I was able to pick it up a day earlier than expected. The personnel at the port in Hawaii were very prompt and professional. There was no damage. I was very impressed. I will use Suncoast again!
