Overall experience was great! Friendly staff and the dirver that actually picked the car in LA was on time and drove right up to the door. What a big relief that we did not have to take a day from work to pick up the vehicle in LA. Not to mention having to deal with the traffic. If there was anything negative that i would comment on is the automated emails from the onset until the contract was funded. I do understand money has to be made however weekly was just a little to much. Trust that would not deter me from contracting again. I will tell you other companies kept tell me that they could do better. Maybe at sometimes more than double the price - -lets just they could not compare
