After a misleading and failed contract with a transporter, I contacted Don Tackett at Suncoast who had also quoted the job. He researched my status and gave an honest assesmnent of my transaction.He came up with a plan to get my car moved after a lost week of delays from the original carrier. He agreed to contract without a deposit until booked due to my unfortunate experience. From that point forward everthing went smooth. I was booked in a couple of days and guided by his assistant Christina. The carrier always returned my calls and kept me updated. The carrier also made special arrangements to accomodate my time and concerns.Night and day compared to the first company.The car arrived a day early and the driver kept in contact. What started out as a nightmare resulted in a professional experience. Kudos to Suncoast Auto Transport.
