Some mis-communication by the carrier and the transport driver. Driver was supposed to call 24hrs before delivery to enable us to arrange a flatbed trailer to bring our car across the border into Canada. Driver only called 2 hrs before deliver, the US border closes for exports at 4pm, driver didn't even allow enough time to process our vehicle even if we had a flatbed arranged. This was the fault of the carrier, not Suncoast, who only brokered the deal.
