My husband and I were making the trek from California to Virginia relocate due to military. We spent some time looking for the right service to ship our vehicle and came across Suncoast Logistics that had positive ratings in Transport Reviews. I received a few bids and decided to go with Suncoast because of the logistics coordinator that I worked with- Walter Hall. He brought a nice personal touch to our process, and got the feeling I could trust him to come through for us. He came back with 2 bids one which was a little higher, but had better reviews, so we went with that. Once we were connected with the driver there were a few changes dealing with when he was picking up our vehicle and where we were meeting to pick it up on the East Coast. All in all our vehicle made it across country in only 4 days, which was really impressive.

Upon arrival of our vehicle, the driver never gave us a receipt for our cash payment, so had to follow up a month later. Walter went above and beyond to work with his dispatcher to get the info from the driver as we needed this to submit our expenses. Walter provided the BOL and helped follow up with the driver even after we already tried to get the receipt (that failed), and ultimately got us what we needed.

It was kind of annoying going through multiple sources to get us what we needed, but in the end we got everything we needed. If I ever had to vehicle transport again, I would definitely give Walter a call! He was great with communication and a quick turnaround on any questions I had, and that's the exact kind of customer service I would want when dealing with this task of shipping my vehicle!
