In general, my experience finding reputable companies via the internet has been good. The car transportation industry unfortunately seems to be filled with overpromisers and underdeliverers. I sent out a request for quotes and Superior was one of the more competitive quotes. I called them and spoke with a fairly convincing salesman. I told him I work for a good size auto dealership group and asked him if we could pay in full when the vehicle is delivered and he said that would be fine. He said he would call me when the pickup was scheduled and it should be within 3 days. I starting calling 3 days later and I kept being told that only the person who took my order could help me. I gave up after a week and found another company. The next day a different person from Superior called me to ask me how he could help me. I told him that he should find a different company to work for.
