This company use other names besides: SUPERIOR AUTO TRANSPORT, SUPERIOR TRANSPORT USA, same phone #, diferent address, Miami and Hollywood FL. They sent me an "shipping order" for transport my car from Pompano, FL to Casper,WY, they took deposit for $125.00. They never send me schedule with truck or driver information.They told me by phone my car would be pick up on apr.15.14, nobody show up, nobody call. I try to contact them (Matthew Goldstein) didn't answer the phone, I sent text: "if you don't answer phone I can't trust, want my money back", they call me and said my car would be pick up on Apr.18.14. Again nobody show up, nobody call. Again I try to contact them (Matthew Goldstein) didn't answer the phone. Again I sent text: "I done, you don't answer phone, I can't trust, want my money back", they didn't answer. I went to my bank, they filled a dispute, the bank spoke with Mattew, he said that I canceled the order when the car was already scheduled for pick up and they don't refund the money. This is a scam they failed twice in pick up my car, never give a prove that was really scheduled for pick up; I'm convinced my car was never scheduled for pick up, they never give paperwork about that.
