The entire process of identifying and scheduling a shipper,
as well as organizing all documentation, went very smoothly.
Both pick-up and drop-off times were precisely met
to the day and hour stated.
Total cost was held exactly to the originally quoted amount.
Since the vehicle was inoperable,
it was very important to us that it be moved as little as possible --
not picked up by a tow truck, hauled to a shipping hub,
winched onto (and off of) multiple transporters,
then taken by a final tow truck to its destination.
The driver was prompt, courteous, professional, and
appreciatively helpful at both pick up and delivery.
He ensured that my car was carefully pushed down our driveway,
and loaded onto the enclosed transporter,
which it did not leave for 3,000 miles,
where it was placed in my son's garage.
