When shipping with TCI Logistics you assure your self a piece of mind knowing that if anything does happen to your shipment during transit, you are covered. During this particular transport, the vehicle was picked up on Monday, when the pick up window was Sunday,Monday only. At the time of booking the driver, we confirmed the drop off date with the customer, driver also gave a heads up prior the drop off. Upon delivery, the customer noticed a scratch alongside his car. The driver has marked the damage upon pick up as pre-existing at the time of the pick up alongside with pictures of the damage. With an attempt of making a claim, the insurance company denied the claim due to no sufficient evidence of the damage occurring while the car was in transit. In the same time, a lot of back up information on the driver's side. We are sad to see that Risha was not another happy customer with TCI, we will work hard in order to prevent future misunderstandings like this one.
