Third time using TCI to send my etrike to FL and then back again to IL. Price remained reasonable especially with difficulty of driver shortage and inflation at gas pump. Although it was getting close to when I was leaving to fly and my order was not filled yet, Kaleb came through, as always. Drivers have been very nice, helpful, and very careful loading/unloading and were on time with delivery/pick up. Kaleb was always accessible. Will definitely use again and do recommend.
