It was my first time shipping a car and, for peace of mind, I almost paid double for the number 1 company (by amount of reviews) in this website. But then, I read the reviews for TCI and decided to give them a try. Called them and talked to Tom Kush. He was very helpful and responsive. I explained to him that I had the winning bid for a truck on Copart and had a short deadline to pick it up before having to pay daily storage fees. He explained the whole process in details. How they post the job, how they vet the drivers and everything. He also made sure I read and understand the terms of service before paying the initial fee on their website. Everything was very clear. I said I'd prefer to communicate through text messages and we kept in touch the whole time. He kept me up-to-date and in about 3hr we had everything ready and the car was picked up on the lot in Georgia and on its way to me in Florida. Tom sent me the driver's info and an ETA for the delivery next day. And that was Next day, 30min before arriving, the driver called me to let me know and he was very professional and courteous. The whole transaction, from the initial contact to the delivery at my door took about 24 hours. I paid half of what the top company (by amount of reviews) quoted and I doubt it would do a better job. Maybe the same level, but impossible to do better. I don't usually write reviews but, because the reviews I read here gave me the confidence to go with TCI, I wanted to give back and help others make the right decision.
