Hello Mr. Mark We believe this review was unreasonable and false. We've delivered your vehicle on time according to the dispatch sheet. You've called us more than 3 times, and we've informed you regarding truck locations and possible early delivery dates. Your vehicle was loaded on top front part of the trailer and driver was transporting 7 other cars besides yours. Which means driver can't just do your delivery first, it'd be huge time consuming work because then driver need to unload and load 7 cars, which would waste 2 hours of his schedule. You weren't at the both pickup and delivery locations. Delivery location was Shipping company and they close very early. So when we said driver was 30mins away and by the time he got to delivery location they were already closed and we delivered it first thing in the following morning. Also we didn't get paid $850 on this. It was $750 We think we did good job on this load. Please leave honest reasonable review.
