Contact requested regarding refund

I am currently having issues getting ahold of Cory at TLC transporters regarding a refund of my deposit. A refund is needed not because of bad service but simply because another company was chosen. I was in contact with max and we had discussed a shipping method with a quote and I told him i had to contact the other owner of the 2nd vehicle before i confirmed anything, Max had asked for all my information including a credit card from which the $300 deposit would come from however he assured me nothing would happen until a contract was signed. I immediately called Max back and told him the situation with the other company having just confirmed they were picking up the vehicles that day and I profusely apologized for the inconvenience. The next day I noticed the deposit had already been taken out of my account so I called Max back and was told to contact Teddy. I called teddy and was again told to contact someone else, this time being Cory. After numerous un answered calls I finally was able to talk to Cory and he informed me to contact my bank and have them cancel the transaction, however due to the length of time since the transaction was made they were unable to do so. Cory assured me he would contact the bank and get it taken care of. Another week had passed with no answer at the phone number until I was told to send an email with my request and my contact information and it would be taken care of. After no returned phone call or email for another week, I finally got ahold of Teddy again and was told that Cory is the only one who can take care of these things. So I still have not received my refund and I really do not want to take legal action however I would like to hear back with a solution to this problem before more time passes and these actions do need to be taken.

David, Sorry for the inconvience, we may have caused! You have been refunded! Although contract clearly states the terms and agreements that you have signed! I assure you have been refunded! Please, take any other matters up with your bank!
