When we send our customers a quote, we provide them with the lowest driver's price, which is available on this route. We are a brokerage company and our main purpose is to provide you with the best service for the lowest price on the market.
Since carrier companies have 7-10 car haulers, they always need 2-3 days window for pick up and delivery dates, which means that they can arrive around 1-2 days before and after the pickup date, it depends on other loads, weather conditions, and traffics.
Unfortunately, the carrier company which was scheduled for the price as in the agreement couldn't wait for two days. We tried to offer you to leave the car at a secure parking lot at the destination location but you didn't want to accept this option. Then, we had to schedule another carrier company which asked for more funds for their services as the drop off location was remote from their built route. In this case, we were even ready to work absolutely for free from our side but you have decided to cancel the order. Sincerely yours, TMShipping
