Mary was extremely helpful, articulate and answered most of my questions in a timely manner.

There was an issue with the first driver where he didn't call and wouldn't return any calls. Operations finally got a hold of him and it turned out he was sick. Had to reschedule pick up, but once we agreed on a new pick up date/time, everything ran very smooth from there.

My car came in unscathed, ontime and Les (driver) was pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend using TNT for vehicle transport!
