The person I spoke to on the phone at the beginning seemed very confident and assuring that they know what they're doing. She asked for my credit card information on the phone and charged me $250. A few days later, I received fraud alerts and unknown charges on my account. I had to close my card. I talked to them and they assured me that their way of doing business is safe and I shouldn't be worried at all. Unfortunately I decided to trust them. I talked to them on Tuesday and they told me my car is being picked up on Thursday (same week) and they'll send me a confirmation email with driver's information. I spent Thursday calling them and no one bothered to pick up and tell me what's going on. It's Friday now and still no response.
