Great experience, fast delivery, communication could be better

Very fast delivery from San Francisco Bay area to Boston. Shipped on Aug 6th around 6pm, arrived on Aug 13th around 8:30pm. The car has no damage. Originally scheduled for pick up on Aug 1. I was also given a five-business-day window from Aug 1 to Aug 7 that a driver will come pick up the car. However, I did not get any drivers assigned up till Aug 2nd Friday. I had to call them a couple of times and told them my flight was leaving on Wed Aug 7. On the phone they promised to have the car picked up by Tue Aug 6. They finally have someone call me on Monday Aug 5 for the pick up on 6th, still within the original time frame. Overall a great experience using their service. If the driver were assigned earlier or the communication was handled better, that'd have given much better assurance, esp. during those hectic moving days
