Between their competitive bids and numerous prior positive reviews, Tempus Logix was an easy choice. The estimated pick-up and delivery dates were spot on. Notification was provided promptly when the vehicle was picked-up. Received a 10-minute notification that the vehicle was about to be delivered, but this was not a problem due to delivery ETA that had been provided. There was minor confusion with the driver not understanding the payment procedure, but this was resolved fairly quickly after speaking to his dispatch and provided them the Tempus Logix payment confirmation code so the payment could be released. Overall this was a very positive experience.
