My car was picked up and dropped off within the timeframe range given. I was leaving to the airport when the driver came to pick up my car,so my sister took over. She said it was a simple process. As for the drop off,I was given the choice of picking up my car at 11pm or just waiting until the next day. Luckily the driver made good time and I was able to get my car at 10pm. Great communication with the driver from pickup to drop off. The emailed estimated specific dates were off but my car was delivered within the original timeframe given.
