Dear Maggie, we apologize for all the inconvenience caused. As you know, the price that was given to you was accepted by a certain carrier and we had to search for another option as soon as he canceled. Since it was a last-minute booking, the new driver requested a higher payment. Please note that we worked on your order for almost a week and didn't charge anything.
