SCAMMERS...STAY AWAY....DISHONEST COMPANY

Do not use this company....Danielle will talk a good game when she is trying to get your money but once that card is swiped its all over. They ran my credit card before the car was picked up which they said they would not do until the car was on the truck.... Well, the car never was picked up. That was due to the companies truck breaking down. Our car was never picked up and we were never told. We had to track down the company contracted out to pick up our car to find out what the problem was. They told us they made the Transport Group aware of the break down.... Well Danielle never notified us and had no intention of doing so...We were forced to use another company to get our car to NJ.... At this time they charged our card which they said they would not due until the car was picked up...They LIED because they charged it....We spoke with anthony and danielle about refunding our money back and they both refused to do so saying they did there job and that they had no intention of refunding our money... They both are cocYk and arogent... Especially Anthony... He doesn't want to hear a thing and his cocky response is " You aren't getting your money back so you can do what you need to do at this point". They are LIARS... We put a stop to payment through the credit card company. They violated there own contract.. They supplied a company that never carried out there duties...No where does it say in there contract that if a company that has already been contracted out fails to show that they will reassign another one... And further more we spoke to the driver of the company that said they contacted Danielle the day before which they failed to relay the message on to me"the paying customer"... USE ANOTHER COMPANY.... STAY AWAY.... THEY AREN'T A FIVE STAR COMPANY FOR A REASON... This isn't a first and will not be the last.... We will see them in court... It will cost them more to fly a representive from FLORDIA then it would be to credit me my 100.00 dollars... Either way small claims court is on the horizon for this company... THEY ARE THIEVES!

ALSO, here is an interesting piece of information... When I orginally posted this it was taken down because THE AUTO TRANSPORT GROUP made a claim I was never a customer. Whats great now is I have another piece of evidence from the email from Transport Reviews.com that they are trying to say I was never contacted them..Another great piece for court....
