After dealing with another company, my Ford F150 still had not been moved. I was frustrated and angry with Nationwide Transport Services (DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM). So I returned online to find another carrier. I got an email from Sean with a good quote so I went through The Auto Transport Group. Sean knew I was frustrated and not only did he work with me every step of the way but he got a driver by 10 am the next morning!! It did cost a little more, but it was worth it for such a quick pick up! The driver did get held up, but when I said if he didnt make it there he had to be there between noon and one the next day- he was there right at noon. This company has there act together and Sean was there for me with any questions I had. Since I do understand the trucking business- my husband is a OTR driver- I know things happen and times can only be estimated due to traffic, road conditions etc. I was happy that they worked what was best for ME since I am the one paying!!! If I have to ever move another vehicle, Sean will be the FIRST one I call!!!!!!!! Fantastic service, communication and worry free!!!!!!!
