we do not take up front deposits from our customers only when the driver is assigned to a order. we did have that original driver cancel and we notified the customer that we are going to locate a new one asap for him. once we did he already let someone else pick up the vehicle of course at a higher rate that is why he paid more but we had one at the exact rate we had quoted. all of our reviews are 100% truthful and real. and we attempted to contact you multiple times to try and fix the problem not one call or email was made back to us. we strive to make everyone of our customers happy and sometimes in the industry there are last minute cancels and when that happens it is our responsibility to locate a new one asap which we did.
