Late pickup, poorly informed, lied about credit card, charged card twice

This was a very poor experience. After charging my credit card for the "deposit," Auto Transport claimed to have reversed the charge so that I was required to pay the driver $150 more than the agreed amount. Auto Transport claimed that it cleared this with me, which is false.

When the vehicle arrived I had a cashier's check only for the agreed amount, not the $150 extra. When I threatened to bring in the local police to seize the car from the driver, Anthony said he would charge my card (again) because the first charge had been reversed (false).

I have contested the double charge with my bank and filed a complaint with the Florida attorney general, based on the information above. I have twice contacted Auto Transport in an attempt to resolve the double charges but it has not responded.
