this customer did book with us and we had assigned a driver to the file i do understand that you needed to cancel but once the driver is assigned i can not refund the deposit because i had to pay the driver his dry run fee and on two vehicles it was the whole deposit. we will credit you to a future move. as far as not being able to reach us we talked with this customer every day and tried to explain how we got charged the dry run fee and there was nothing for us to refund. we do understand as far as untrustworthy and unreliable we assigned a driver for the dates needed.
