Very happy with both broker and carrier

I was apprehensive in picking a broker but Francesca had great reviews online so I figured I had no other option but to trust her. I'm so glad I did. She was open and honest about the process and responded quickly to all my questions and requests. I was especially anxious about the carrier that was assigned to me (Four Seasons Auto Transport) because they have an F with the BBB and 1 star on transportreviews.com. Francesca assauged my fears by explaining the industry's backend, relaying her positive experience with the carrier and sending over their internal reviews, which were quite good. I'm so glad she did because I had no trouble with any aspect of the entire process and I got to pay the price that I wanted, which was $100-$200 less than most of the quotes I had received. Four Season's driver didn't speak the best English over the phone but communication frequency was excellent, he was understanding and he did his best to accomodate my needs in the pickup. Also, my car was delievered much quicker than I thought it would be. Francesca followed up at every opportunity and all went well.
