When I started the process of buying my new 2010 Camaro, I also had to start gathering shipping quotes. I have to say that I didn't expect so many to come in...and it was quite overwhelming getting 20+ phone calls everyday from brokers. I was very comfortable speaking to John because he was not pushy at all. He took the time to answer my questions and honestly told me how the process works. He assured me that as long as my quote was accurate and there was an enclosed truck in the area, I would be on it. He was truthful and correct in everything. My car was picked up from the dealer within 2 days of scheduling the service, and it arrived to me by the weekend! The driver was great too and very careful unloading the car for me. The Shipsters have a great service, and I would recommend using them if it is your first time shipping a car. The move was less stressful for me altogether because I took the time to read reviews on this site and found myself a good company.
