i was contacted 8 hrs after booking by dispatch with driver info. This company told be i may have had to wait 5-10 days. I am so happy i found a real up front company to book my travels with. i recommend giving these guys a shot. they definitely made the most sense out of everyone i spoke to My car arrived in the condition i sent it in. and my car was just driven under a mile. the only part i was not happy about is my car had to be driven to my doorstep because carrier could not make it onto my block. but he parked outside my neighbor hood.
