This customer was rude and was continuously harassing our staff, we have repeatedly informed him that there was no transport company willing to make the pick-up from his location and the rate was higher than quoted which he was not willing to accept. This further complicated the situation and made it nearly impossible to find a carrier for the price the customer was willing to pay. He was not willing to understand that the quoted price was not guaranteed and was subject to market/carrier rate fluctuations. There were no threats of legal action for any bad reviews. This customer simply wanted cheap and fast but no carrier was willing and he was understandably upset, however the rate for the transport and willingness of the carriers is something that is not under our control. We are striving to improve our business model, and will address any customer service issues that arise.
