We understand this customer's concerns, and we have attempted to reach him multiple times over the course of two weeks to get the contract signed and sent back to us. This delayed the process significantly, we were then informed by this customer that he was already booking elsewhere to get a lower price and we had no other choice but to cancel his contract and recall the dispatched carrier. The information in his first review was not entirely accurate, as most of the lack of communication was due to his delaying the signing of the contract and we were under the impression he did not want to book, and once he did send the contract in he was still expecting us to honor the original date which was becoming less and less likely due to the price and location.
