Marie was outstanding! She stayed on top of all aspects of moving the car and kept me informed through out the entire process. Rick was the driver and although he experienced some difficulties in attempting to pick up two cars from businesses that were closed for the weekend that were ahead of mine, he did eventually get there on Monday. Once the car was loaded, Rick called several times, keeping me up to date as to his progress. Even though the car was a few days late being picked up, I do believe the cause was beyond Erica's or Ricks control. However, once loaded they both performed exceptionally. Erica truly went above and beyond in assisting me with this shipment. I'll not only use Titan again, but would highly recommend them to others. Jay Paynter
