Horrible experience.I would never use this company again nor recommend it to anyone.It started out very good but quickly went downhill. My driver that was scheduled to pick up my car showed up at night 2 days late and said he couldn't transport car due to smudges on the car. Erikia immediately found a new driver. A lot of miscommunication between driver and dispatch. Reached out to Erikia several times... to this day I'm still waiting on a return call. The money was deducted from my account before the actual delivery of my car. No one did a follow up from Titan to see if I received my car.
