I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews this company has gotten. It guess its like the saying goes, it everything goes great people dont usually tell everyone, but if something does'nt go well, they tell everyone! I had an excellent experience with this company. Sandy called and went over everything with me on the phone so I felt comfortable that I knew what was going to happen from start to finish. I called her back a couple of times with questions and she answered the phone promptly. I was never left on hold, never not called back! Once I had chosen to use Titanium Transport to haul my vehicle, my dispatcher, Jason was very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. My vehicle got moved when they said it would, and they made a situation that I was a little nervous about go smoothly. I would definately recommend them to any friends or family should they need this service.
