I have hired them to pick up my car from KY to TX on 14th march on priority basis. We were promised that within 2 days dispatcher will contact us and LATEST BY SATURDAY we will have the car delivered. they took $200 .00 from us. there was no calls from anyone about the car pick up after that. we only kept contacting themANDt was getting assured ..we still are working onIT BUT NOONE CONTACTED US.Sent them many mails but NOTHING ..totally no contact on weekends...monday Morning called the office and was told by the agent that "we are unable to find anyone in the area and they will refund our money".2 days later we are trying to get refund and they totally lie and refuse about refunding our money saying we cancelled the order and have to pay $95.00 additional for it ,they have already taked $200.00 from my bank account..
Threatening me with collection agency and making calls about collecting money for the services they oid not provide and cancelling from their own side.People i talked to on phone were arguing among themselves .they were totally out of line.THEY ARE CHEAT AGENCY...PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM..i HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY COMPANY LIKE THIS..NO ORGANIZATION AND THEIR AGENTS WORK LIKE THIS...CHEAT, FRAUD, LIARS.DISHONEST....
