Feb 5, 2013 I contracted Titanium to transport my vehicle from AZ to Ohio. I had to pay $200 up front and I gave them over a months notice to find a shipper. On Apr 2, 201(two months later) after many phone calls and lie after lie I cancelled the contract with them. They bid low and then tell you "If you add more $$ we could find a shipper for you" they also keep telling you "We have a shipper and just waiting for them to call with a date and time" This I heard day after day but it never happened. They DO NOT return the deposit and being I used a debit card - they used a method that would not allow me to stop payment. Bank told me I had to have Titanium refund me directly which is a joke. They are really nice in the beginning and then become VERY rude and nasty.
