I gave my deposit of $150 more than a month in advance, balance to be paid on pickup. Was told that I would be contacted some days prior to pick up with details. Tried to contact sale rep Derrick 5 days prior to pickup, just got voice mail. On day of pick up still no word. Tried to contact rep and main service number, all contact numbers-sales, customer service, even the dispatcher did not answer phone. I don't think this is a real transport company, but just a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
