I found that dealing with brokers to send my auto from Pennsylvania to Colorado was the most frustrating part of my move. I worked directly with John Shields and he not only made the move happen, but was with me every step of the way until my auto was picked up. There was much angst on my part when I didn't hear from the transport company and John not only was responsive to me but connected with the shipper to makie sure things ran smoothly.
